I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location was perfect for our late arrival and departure, close to the train station and city center. However, the room was much smaller than advertised and the parking charge felt like a rip-off. The service was a mix of uncooperative and absolutely lovely interactions, but overall, it didn't meet my expectations. The dining options were basic, and the facilities were just average.
The hotel lured me in with false advertising about the rooms and charged extra for parking, but the sitting room layout was convenient. The service was lacking as the reception desk was not too nice or helpful. The location, however, was perfect for my late arrival and departure in Burgas, directly in the city center near the sea garden. The dining experience was subpar, with limited options despite having some pastries and fruits available.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely cream carpet that was spotless. The view over the harbor was fantastic, and I could relax in a quiet and clean environment. The service exceeded my expectations with the nicest staff in Burgas, ensuring everything was taken care of promptly. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet side street but very central near the main shopping and restaurant streets. The dining was a bit of a letdown with limited options, but overall, this hotel offered great value for the price.
